Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) to provide exemplary service to pet parents. This role drives the pet parent experience through loyalty strategies and oversees safety protocols, cleaning, merchandising, and associate engagement.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in retail, preferably in leadership, with the ability to work full time, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
