Lead Business Systems Engineer (Full Stack Software Engineer)

, you'll own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of their in-house systems that power order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, and internal reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle software development experience, with a proven track record of owning and maintaining production systems independently
• Strong experience working with Azure cloud platform, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Solid database design and query optimization skills
• Experience integrating with Shopify APIs or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a capacity to diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• High level of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of modern development frameworks and technologies
• Prior involvement in process improvements or workflow automation within operational environments

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and managing internal software systems, ideally within a fast-paced business environment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to participate in occasional operational troubleshooting and system upgrades
• Must be able to work onsite in South Elgin, Illinois

• Base salary $150,000 – $200,000
