Job Title: CDL Driver - Class A

Location: Batavia, IL, with travel in Illinois and surrounding states

• Haul 75% non-hazardous freight in tanker trailers.
• Get home for three days every other weekend.

• Salary Range: $27.00 - $31.00 Hourly (DOE)
• Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (as described in context)

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Tanker and Haz Mat endorsements required at time of hire (or as specified).
• Experience:
  
  1-2 years CDL experience preferred; prior experience with lumber/building materials may be required in some listings.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items; comfortable with outside work in various weather conditions.

• Perform deliveries and pickups of materials, equipment, and machinery across job sites.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment; verify orders for accuracy.
• Maintain DOT logs and comply with safety regulations; communicate with site personnel and dispatch.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and proper maintenance reporting.

• Mostly local and regional travel; some overnight travel may be required.
• Typical schedule begins early morning; 8-10 hours per day, up to ~50 hours per week.

• Roles may involve driving on various routes including city and inter-state deliveries.
• Company safety culture and compliance with DOT regulations.
