$70k-$80k base salary + Health Benefits and PTO

Our client is seeking a Senior Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily Warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role is responsible for ensuring workflows run efficiently, team performance stays on track, and operational issues are resolved quickly to maintain productivity and accuracy.

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor team performance and address workflow issues in real time
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and minimize disruptions
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assistant managers
• Assist with scheduling and labor planning to support daily execution
• Track operational metrics and escalate trends or concerns
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure inventory control and adherence to operational procedures

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or operations environments
• Experience supporting or leading supervisors, team leads, or assistant managers
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to act quickly in real‑time situations
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
