This role lives on the dock and in the mezzanine as much as it does at a computer screen. You'll receive incoming materials from suppliers, log them into our system, pull and deliver orders, and make sure our inventory numbers always tell the truth. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, moving product, and interacting with personnel at every level of the organization, this is your kind of job.

What You'll DoReceive incoming materials from suppliers and enter new inventory into the database
Pull orders from request tickets and deliver them to the right departments
Update inventory stock levels accurately and consistently
Inspect incoming/outgoing product quality and report defects to management
Maintain stock and merchandise in the mezzanine
Conduct weekly on-hand inventory audits
Collect finished goods product sheets and submit finished goods logs daily
Verify products daily and load finished goods for shipment
Operate various forklifts safely (certification required/maintained)
Show up on time, ready to work your assigned schedule
Take on other duties as they come up — no two days are exactly alike
What You Bring Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working on the dock and around moving product
Ease interacting with personnel at all levels of the organization
Basic computer skills and prior ERP system experience
Good communication skills
The ability to multi-task without missing a beatA resourceful, proactive mindset when issues pop upHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)2–3 years of warehouse experience

Work Environment This is a physical, active role. You'll frequently lift and place product up to 50 lbs on pallets at various heights, move merchandise between the mezzanine and manufacturing departments, and spend your day sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the facility — including up and down stairs. You'll work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
