We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations of the business by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and ensuring financial records are accurate and complete. You'll work closely with the Assistant Controller and other departments to maintain strong financial controls while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You ll Do- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze P&L accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
- Process fixed asset additions, disposals, depreciation, and related reporting
- Assist with sales and use tax reporting and other regulatory filings
- Assist with cycle counts and month-end inventory reporting as needed
- Help maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management
- Assist in preparing annual plan and other presentations
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation
- Assist the Accounting team to collect past dues and analyze causes of those aging amounts
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls
- Provide cross-functional accounting support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, manage deadlines, and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across departments
