Schedule:Full‑Time, On‑Site
What You’ll Do- Support day‑to‑day security operations by monitoring SIEM and EDR alerts, reviewing logs, and assisting with threat investigations and incident response
- Help administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, directory services, user lifecycle management, and periodic access reviews
- Maintain endpoint security by supporting EDR, patch management, configuration baselines, disk encryption, and endpoint health
- Assist with network security administration, including firewall rule reviews, VPN management, network segmentation, and monitoring for security misconfigurations
- Support vulnerability management by performing scans, prioritizing findings, coordinating remediation efforts, and tracking progress
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance by maintaining documentation, collecting audit evidence, supporting customer security requests, and preparing for CMMC and NIST assessments
- Support third‑party risk management through vendor security reviews, documentation, and risk tracking
- Develop and deliver security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations, onboarding education, and employee guidance
- Serve as a trusted cybersecurity resource for employees and business teams by responding to security questions, suspicious emails, lost devices, and access requests
- Maintain security documentation, procedures, standards, and runbooks to support operational consistency and continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT operations, or a related field with hands‑on exposure to multiple security disciplines
- Experience supporting security operations, vulnerability management, identity and access management, or incident response
- Working knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, cloud platforms, and identity management technologies
- Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, authentication protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements, including CMMC and NIST SP 800-171/172
- Experience using Power Shell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages preferred
- Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, or regulated environments preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC/SANS certifications are preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation
