Position Title:
Branch Banking - Client Consultant I (Part-Time)
The Branch Banking Client Consultant I delivers front‑line client service and transactional support by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and performing teller functions and financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner to support their financial goals. This role contributes to branch success by maintaining operational accuracy and risk standards, while also supporting sales performance through introductions, client education, and collaboration with branch teammates.
The role also exists to create a positive and trusted branch experience where clients feel supported, informed, and connected to the right financial solutions while their everyday banking needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Sales Performance: support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition; actively seek and deliver client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.

Experience:
provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints; research and communicate to resolve issues in a timely manner; deliver client engagement and education; meet behavioral activity goals such as introductions. - Risk Management:
deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; strive for no controllable preventable losses; understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations. - Additional Accountabilities: perform special projects and additional duties as required; maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; complete required compliance trainings.
- Education Level: High School or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC, Foreign Equivalent).
- Minimum Experience:
less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience. - Preferred Experience:
experience in the Financial Services Industry.

The job requires moderate physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving, or infrequent lifting.
