Position SummaryThe Project Assistant provides comprehensive project management support to the Project team, including administrative duties, scheduling, billing, and documentation.
What You’ll Do- Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs) and price material vouchers.
- Write up and maintain Records of Information (RFIs); track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors.
- Fill out required forms, such as HRC and OCIP Compliance.
- Update project schedules using Microsoft Project or Sure Track.
- Manage monthly billing, including Schedule of Values and Cover Sheets.
- Create and update material flow sheets, submittal logs, and subcontract/Change Order logs.
- Obtain vendor quotes and perform light material ordering.
- Ability to read blueprints and use the Biddle Book for materials and pricing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
- High discretion and interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Sure Track, Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Entry‑level computer, filing, and 10‑key skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Effective oral and written communication and a proactive, team‑player attitude.
- Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of project management support experience in construction (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
- Experience in the construction industry.

Working ConditionsGeneral environment: mostly indoor with occasional outdoor site visits; requires sitting, standing, walking, typing, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Environment may vary with lighting, temperature, and noise levels. The role is ADA compliant and allows reasonable accommodations.

Pay Range$23.40 – $35.05 hourly. Pay varies by location, experience, skills, and education.
