Overview
AG Jeans, Los Angeles-based premium denim market leader, is hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support overall company operations. This full‑time, onsite role assists the Vice President and CEO with administrative duties, office management, and employee benefit administration.
Responsibilities- Assist new employees with benefit enrollment (401(k), healthcare, etc.) and manage all employee time‑leave records.
- Conduct new‑hire orientation and coordinate job postings, resume reviews, and interviews.
- Enforce company policies and serve as a liaison across departments.
- Assist with building maintenance, office operations, and submit purchase orders and order‑status follow‑ups.
- Support trademark reviews and special projects for the CEO.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Fluency in Korean & English required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
