Role Overview
The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development and implementation of schedules for electrical construction projects while collaborating with Project Management and the Field Leadership Team to ensure that projects are completed according to contract and project performance goals.
Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules.
- Create work breakdown structures.
- Develop Critical Path Method (CPM) and review critical path, cost loading, and schedule content.
- Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones with project work schedule.
- Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
- QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.
- Prepare reports as needed and directed by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related business field.
- Minimum 3 years’ previous experience as a Construction Scheduler.
- Minimum 3 years’ working on Primavera P6 required.
- A combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
Oracle preferred. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
- Professional interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others.

Working ConditionsGeneral work environment involves sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions. Noise level is typically low to medium; can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs.
