Overview
The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development and implementation of schedules for electrical construction projects while collaborating with Project Management and the Field Leadership Team to ensure that projects are completed according to contract and project performance goals.
Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules.
- Create work breakdown structures.
- Develop Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
- Review critical path, cost loading, and schedule content.
- Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones within the project work schedule.
- Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
- Conduct QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.
- Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a business‑related field.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Construction Scheduler.
- Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); experience with Oracle is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Works well under pressure and adapts to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
- Professional interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
- General work environment includes extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending.
- Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is typically low to medium; it can become loud on a job site.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. is required.

Annual pay range: $86,000.00–$. Candidate pay may vary based on location, experience, skills, and education.
