What You’ll Do- Chat with customers and help them pick the right phone or plan
- Set up new devices, transfer data, and troubleshoot basic issues
- Stay up to date on the latest phones and features
- Work with a fun, motivated team to hit goals and celebrate wins
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – a must
- Friendly, outgoing, and great with people
- Passionate about tech (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus
- Reliable, eager to learn, and flexible with hours
