About the Role

Our Southern California region is seeking a professional, motivated, and knowledgeable Senior Project Manager to support ERRG’s current and future work in the Pacific/Western Region for Federal, non‑Federal, commercial, and private sector clients. This is a seller‑doer position that will require the successful candidate to support strategic planning, business development, capture, and project execution of contracts throughout the Pacific/Western Region.

What you will be doing
  • Develop new client accounts and work with existing ERRG account managers and market sector leaders to expand the client base.
  • Prepare proposals, support projects, and perform technical work as necessary, balancing sales and utilization.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client base for a broad range of integrated services including environmental, engineering, munitions, and demolition services.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with other businesses to support Federal, non‑Federal, commercial, and private sector programs in the region.
  • Provide local knowledge, leadership, and subject‑matter expertise in an area of focus to support projects and client needs.
  • Meet with key clients and potential clients to share ERRG’s capabilities and foster stronger client relationships. Grow trust in the ERRG brand with key clients and potential clients.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
What you bring
  • Ten years minimum of experience supporting environmental/construction and remediation industry and execution of projects within the Pacific/Western Region.
  • Knowledge of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or other US Federal organizations.
  • Knowledge and experience working with governmental organizations and decision‑makers in the Pacific/Western region.
  • Knowledge of the non‑Federal, commercial, and private sector markets.
  • Knowledge and experience working with non‑Federal, commercial, and private organizations and decision‑makers in the Pacific/Western region.
  • Fluency with computer software including knowledge of primary Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, TEAMS, and Outlook).
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a related field is required, master’s degree.
  • 5+ years project management experience.
  • 3+ years' experience with business development, strategic planning, and proposal writing.
  • Experience interacting with senior non‑Federal, commercial, and private sector leaders.
  • Experience interacting with senior Department of Defense and regional governmental leaders.
California Salary Range

$130,000 - $161,000 USD

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
