JobOverview
The Patient Services Advocate is an Alta Med ambassador who welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients and creates a positive front‑office experience by managing expectations with compassion and respect. The Advocate also functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient‑focused care through excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Minimum Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist (preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
- Valid BLS certification or higher, following American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross guidelines.
$25.00 - $29.38 hourly
Compensation DisclosureActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. Alta Med is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
