JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Permit Lead to join our Design for Execution team in San Diego, CA. The Permit Lead will manage permit acquisition, coordinate with AHJs and internal teams, and ensure timely approvals and regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in permitting and strong communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, permit tracking systems, Bluebeam, and jurisdictional portals. Frequent travel to AHJ offices is required.
