Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation Defense

Our client, a well-established Workers' Compensation defense firm in Southern California, is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage an active caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

The Associate Attorney will handle a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters and represent clients before various WCAB locations throughout Southern California, as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide prompt and professional client responses
• Comfortable working in a fully paperless environment with strong computer skills
• Willingness to travel to WCAB offices throughout Southern California when required
• Writing sample required with application

• Provide high-quality client service and maintain regular communication
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Independently manage and prioritize an open caseload
• Utilize electronic document management and case management systems efficiently
