What It Takes- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical processes
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and heat treat furnaces
- Interested in developing long-term manufacturing and production skills
- Able to follow instructions and work under supervision during training
