As a Painter you will:

Work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and ensuring those nearby are working safely
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray, brush, or dip techniques
Inspect painted parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
Maintain and clean painting booths, equipment, and work areas
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Document work processes and maintain accurate production records

This is a full-time opportunity 1st Shift

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial painting (aerospace industry preferred)
Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
Frequently working near heavy machinery or equipment
Ability to meet the demands of a manufacturing environment

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $25 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
