As a Painter you will:- Work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and ensuring those nearby are working safely
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray, brush, or dip techniques
- Inspect painted parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain and clean painting booths, equipment, and work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Document work processes and maintain accurate production records
This is a full-time opportunity 1st Shift
The ideal candidate will have:Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial painting (aerospace industry preferred)
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Frequently working near heavy machinery or equipment
- Ability to meet the demands of a manufacturing environment
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $25 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
