- Responsible for providing technical oversight to a team of 10 people that include inspectors and CMM programmers
- Will drive non conformance parts to a minimum and ensure parts meet AS9100/Nadcap standards
- Will drive continuous improvement efforts in the in-process inspection and final inspection
- Aerospace background is a must
- Strong background in in-princess inspection and final inspection
- 4+ years of experience leading a team
- Company has over 70 years of industry experience!
