Under direct supervision, the Meat Cutter breaks, cuts, and prepares meat products using hand tools and power equipment according to company standards.;
Prepare meat products for display or as ordered by customers.;
Work with customers to take special orders.;
Coordinate with Meat Clerks and Meat Manager to determine items to be cut.;
Must be able to perform very heavy lifting, bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
