Fulfills Member Fax and Pull orders, pulls items from shelves, scans, wraps, pallets, and ensures accuracy of orders and invoices;
Promotes and explains membership benefits and company products/services; assists with membership upgrades and credit accounts;
Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials as per guidelines;
Ensures order accuracy and timely fulfillment; communicates progress and handles out-of-stock items to meet member needs.
