What You’ll Do- Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
- Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid‑enterprise accounts.
- Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data‑center design environments.
- Co‑sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
- Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about local market opportunities and new business and channel partnership prospects.
- 5 years of tech‑sales experience (selling either IT infrastructure or SaaS security).
- Consistent track record landing new logos and a strong hunter mentality.
- Strong performance selling to many accounts across various verticals.
- Understanding and experience working with channel partners.
- Consistently overachieving and driven by goals.
- Goal‑oriented, “get it done” attitude.
- Experience selling complex solutions.
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are $118,950 – $190,050 USD. The role is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the Company’s Incentive Compensation Plan and may also receive equity and benefits. Salary will be determined by work location, experience, and relevant education or training.
