Force Building Services is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our elite field team. You'll travel to top-tier commercial sites across the U.S. while being based in Southern California

We're looking for motivated professionals who take pride in quality work, know their trade, and want to be part of a reliable, respected team.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial environments
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and site specs
• Ensure all work meets local and national plumbing codes
• Work hand-in-hand with electricians, HVAC, and general contractors
• Travel to different states to complete projects (lodging and travel paid)

• Strong background in commercial plumbing
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks (required by our clients)
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally on-site
• Substantial hands-on plumbing experience, not merely general maintenance or construction experience.
• Employment history that can be independently verified with prior employers.
• Clear evidence of actual plumbing duties—installation, repair, troubleshooting, piping, fixtures, drains, water systems, etc.

• $60/day Per Diem (travel days included)
• Company-paid hotels + airfare + transportation
