Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Base + Commission/month

This is a flexible driver role. You will help cover routes when schedules change, when employees are absent, or when delivery volume increases.

This is not a fixed-route job, so your schedule may change from week to week based on business needs.

• Cover open routes when drivers are out or when delivery volume increases.
• Learn different routes and be ready to work in different service areas.
• Safely pick up, transport, and deliver packages and other materials.
• Use courier and dispatch tools to manage stops and confirm deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and site staff.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Follow company safety rules and delivery procedures at all times.
• Drive a company cargo van, company box truck, or approved personal vehicle depending on the assignment.
• Use your own approved vehicle for some assignments and receive reimbursement according to company policy.
• A fixed weekly schedule should not be expected in this position.

• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional driving, delivery, courier, or logistics experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that may change from week to week.
• Able to learn new routes and service areas quickly.
• Comfortable using a phone, apps, and dispatch or route tools.
• Able to safely drive cargo vans and box trucks.
• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle if needed for assigned routes.
• Must keep valid insurance and registration for any personal vehicle used for work.
• Strong communication skills and reliable work habits.
• Able to lift and move packages and work on your feet as needed.
