This is a Delivery Driver role — no CDL required. We welcome first-time delivery drivers and experienced non CDL drivers alike.

  Key Responsibilities
  - Non CDL Delivery Driver / Package Courier
• Report to the warehouse each morning for route assignment and package loadout
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle at the start and end of each shift
• Follow GPS-guided delivery routes using a company-issued handheld device with a proprietary delivery navigation app installed
• Complete residential and commercial deliveries efficiently and on time
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company Policies
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Deliver to a variety of locations including residential addresses, businesses, and other delivery points
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery stop
• Communicate with dispatch and management as needed throughout your route
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day procedures

• Delivery Driver Requirements
  - Non CDL | City of Industry, CA
• Must be 21 years of age or older (required by company vehicle insurance policy)
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Able to use GPS navigation on a company-issued handheld device
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of a delivery van up to 200 times per day
• Dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience at every stop
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and reliability
• Must be able to work weekends

• Delivery Driver Schedules Available
• Full-Time: 4/5days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Part-Time: 2to 3days per week - must include both weekend days
• Start times vary by route
