Position: Superintendent I (Area)

Responsibilities

The Superintendent 1 (Area) is responsible for field operations in assigned areas, ensuring the work is performed safely, on schedule, profitable, and in compliance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. The role directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven construction experience
  • 2+ years as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
  • 2+ years leading smaller fit‑out projects or an area of a larger building project
  • 2+ years experience with change order and ticket management
  • 2+ years experience with subcontractor oversight
  • 2+ years experience with schedule updates and look‑ahead schedules
  • 2+ years experience reading and delivering on plans and specs
