Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

The Project Engineer works on‑site within the Project Management Team and is responsible for contract setup, submittals, assisting with the bid package process, change orders, and assisting with the scheduling of the project. The role would be onsite in South Hill, VA, working on a data center project.

• 1-3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to contract notification provisions.
• 1-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications; ability to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved.
• 1-3 years of experience with project close‑out.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
