The F&I Manager at DEACON JONES AUTO GROUP (MASTER) is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and insurance operations within the dealership. This role involves working closely with customers to secure financing options and insurance products that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The F&I Manager plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the dealership's profitability.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure competitive financing and insurance products for customers.
• Assist customers in completing finance applications and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
• Present and explain financing options and insurance products to customers, tailoring recommendations to their individual needs and financial situations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide seamless and efficient customer service throughout the sales process.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
• Train and mentor dealership staff on F&I procedures and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the dealership remains competitive and compliant.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to financing and insurance in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to dealership management on F&I performance and opportunities for growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance and insurance role within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing financial and insurance products in a dealership setting.
• Experience in working with various financial institutions and insurance providers.

• Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes, including loan origination and insurance sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to present financial options effectively to customers.
• Proficient in using dealership management software and financial tools.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to finance and insurance in the automotive sector.
