• Set up and operate machines with high precision, managing multiple variables to produce tooling and parts.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required for tooling and equipment repair.
• Load raw materials, control machine cycles, and unload finished products.
• Handle frequent changeovers for short-run jobs requiring quick setup adjustments.
• Inspect products for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools and make necessary process adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
• Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to support production needs.

• Experience operating and setting up machines with precision in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform welding and fabrication for tooling and equipment repair.
• Experience loading materials, controlling machine cycles, and unloading finished products.
• Familiarity with changeovers for short-run production and quick setup adjustments.
• Proficiency in inspecting products with standard measuring tools and making process adjustments.
• Strong recordkeeping for production logs and equipment performance.
• Ability to build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
