Alkegen’s facility in Virginia seeks a Production Leader to oversee the 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM shift, driving safe and efficient operations across batching, forming, drying and finishing. You will monitor throughput and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
Leading a team of operators and material handlers, you’ll conduct shift meetings, train on standard work, quality requirements and safety practices while promoting Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in yield and cycle times.
