Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support an on-site affordable housing community. The role handles routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including pool care and make-ready tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
