The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple contractors on an active construction site ensuring adherence to construction documents. A comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle—from pre‑construction planning through final closeout—is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to facilitate seamless collaboration and drive timely, cost‑effective project execution.
Responsibilities- The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Administrator in overseeing the construction of JMA projects and ensuring that the intent of the construction documents is maintained. He/She will be on the job site continually and be available to the contractors to facilitate in answering questions and maintaining the schedule. He/She will be responsible for assisting in the creation of critical path schedules for contractors and reviewing the schedule at weekly job meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in the Construction Industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
