Illinois State Credit Union – Branch Supervisor
Location:
Main Street & Airport Rd (Illinois State Credit Union). Final date to receive applications:

Start Date:
April - May.
Responsibilities:
- Review daily maintenance reports, override reports, and negative account reports.
- Review branch, ATM, shared branch checks and calls for fund availability, returned checks, and mobile deposits to assist with loss prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on delinquent accounts to secure a resolution for repayment.
- Present a positive Credit Union image in a negative situation, while working toward a permanent solution, maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain and monitor consistent records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, responsive customer service.
Work Schedule:
35‑hour work week. Salary $22.75‑$27.30/hr. 4 weeks paid time off. Federal holidays off. Opportunities for advancement.
