Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, implement policies, monitor employee performance, and develop business plans to optimize company efficiency and capacity.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, including market targeting, product refinement, and performance analysis; lead marketing and branding initiatives, collaborate with third‑party agencies, and identify investment and business development opportunities, including expansion into new markets.
• Manage company finances, discussing budgeting and financial planning with the financial manager; optimize workflows through policy compliance and benchmarks, oversee cost‑cutting projects to reduce expenses; engage with new and current investors to showcase the company's short‑term growth and strong return on investment.
• Direct human resource activities; conduct monthly performance evaluations based on KPIs, overseeing the hiring, firing, and disciplinary processes for manager and supervisor‑level employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or related.
• 20 months experience in administration and management, including management of financial resources, personnel resources, and business development.
• 20 months experience as an operation manager of a company or organization.
• Supervise the work of General and Operations Managers, Human Resources Specialists, Market Research Analysts and Marketing Specialists, and Financial Managers.
