Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $25.00/hr.

• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Assemble components such as circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, and terminal blocks into control panels.
• Perform point‑to‑point wiring and ensure proper wire routing, labeling, and terminations.
• Test completed panels for continuity, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and correct wiring errors or component issues as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Document assembly and testing results as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical or electronics preferred.
• 2+ years experience in electrical panel building or similar role.
• Ability to perform work using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electrical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of motor controls, PLC's, HMI's and VFDs.
• Experience with three‑phase power (208, 240, 480, 600
  
  VAC).
• Familiar with electrical components (circuit breakers, control relays, motor starters, etc.).
• Good communication skills and an ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Familiarity with UL standards, NEC codes, and industrial electrical components.
• Previous experience working on control panels.
• Ability to use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, multimeters, and other relevant equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

• Depending on job classification, may require ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
