As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be an essential part of our clinical team, ensuring every resident receives attentive, individualized care.

You will:

• Supervise and support nursing assistants to provide the best resident care
• Administer and record medications accurately
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes promptly
• Complete charting, admissions, and transfers per policy
• Foster a safe, positive, and respectful environment for residents and staff

We’re seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs who bring energy and empathy to every shift.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license (state requirement)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Must meet state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional nursing standards
• Positive attitude and genuine care for our residents
