• Supervise Nursing Staff – Oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Monitor & Assess Resident Care – Evaluate patient conditions and provide clinical guidance.
• Train & Mentor Staff – Support professional development and skill-building.
• Communicate with Families & Physicians – Provide updates on resident conditions and care plans.
• Respond to Emergencies – Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State-approved).
• Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience (Preferred).
• Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Setting.
