At Prince Telecom, LLC, as a Cable Installation Technician, you’ll safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/after hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience in cable installation or a related field preferred.

• Routinely work alone in remote locations, at heights, in confined spaces, with arms above shoulder level, use ladder, keyboard & mouse, operate vehicle & heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, life greater than 55 pounds without assistance.
