• Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive glass installation experience
• Experience with windshields, door glass, back glass, ADAS calibration (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Certified automotive glass technicians go to the front of the line
  (AGSC, NGA, or similar certifications)

• Install and repair automotive glass on a variety of vehicles
• Ensure proper fit, seal, and safety standards
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or recalibration needs
• Maintain a clean work area and follow company safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service at every job
• Document work accurately and efficiently
