Position: Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

We’re growing fast and looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Business Development Center (BDC).

Position: BDC Representative

As a BDC Representative, your role is focused on call‑backs, follow‑ups, and lead management. You will be responsible for re‑engaging customers, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring that every customer inquiry receives timely and professional attention.

Responsibilities:
  • Call back customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, service follow‑ups, and promotional campaigns.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with store managers.
  • Track leads and opportunities through CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the D.I.B Automotive Group brand professionally.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every customer interaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous automotive industry experience is required.
  • Previous BDC, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
  • Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented.
