Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is searching for a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to practice at Houston Methodist Woodlands.

Job Description:- Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, including but not limited to GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver diseases
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy
- Evaluate and manage both acute and chronic GI conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, surgery, and oncology, to optimize patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation for hospital consults and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and procedures
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing.
