On offer is an opportunity to join a Chemical site in Houston who are emphatic to remain as one of the best in their field looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager in Engineering to support the existing infrastructure ensuring the upmost safeguarding and security of volatile chemicals.
You will be responsible for the requests for technical and project managements around piping, tanks, steam systems etc. owning controls, process and documentation as required. This will include dynamic engagement with management and multiple teams as well as guidance to various departments.

THE ROLE:- Lead planning and design for facility, equipment, and system upgrades including scope development, risk evaluation, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
- Oversee detailed engineering development across disciplines and support for infrastructure, equipment, outfitting and automation projects
- Ensure quality control by establishing inspection/testing procedures, guiding contractors, and verifying adherence to plans, specifications, and performance standards.
- Experienced project or facilities engineer with strong background in chemical, or hazardous material environments.
- Skilled in engineering design review, construction oversight, contractor management, procurement, and safety standards (ideally OSHA, PHA etc.)
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong planning, documentation, and reporting abilities across stakeholders.
