JOB SUMMARY:

As an Order Puller at USA Industries, you will serve as an essential member of our operations team, responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling customer orders. Your primary role involves retrieving products from our warehouse inventory based on customer orders and ensuring that they are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.

In this fast-paced environment, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key as you work to meet daily order fulfillment targets. You will collaborate closely with other warehouse staff to maintain inventory accuracy and streamline the order fulfillment process. As an Order Puller, you will also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Your ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers will be essential to ensuring smooth operations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Review and understand pick lists provided by senior order puller or management, ensuring clarity on order requirements and specifications.
• Pull orders from warehouse inventory accurately and within designated time frames to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Inspect parts for both aesthetic and dimensional accuracy, ensuring that only high-quality products are prepared for shipment.
• Follow instructions from area lead or management to prepackage parts as necessary, ensuring proper packaging and labeling according to company standards.
• Safely operate forklifts in narrow aisles and tight quarters, adhering to company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents or damage to inventory.
