The Role

As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be immediately showing homeowners concerns about their roofs. Educating homeowners on their roof's health. This will be fostering the beginning of their pipeline. We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located.

What You’ll Do

Walk assigned residential neighborhoods

Speak directly with homeowners at their homes

Perform basic ground-level visual inspections

Explain our roof inspection service

Schedule inspection appointments

Work outdoors and stay active

Base pay + commission + performance bonuses

Many first-year team members earn $75,000–$200k+

Earnings vary based on performance and consistency

Intensive paid training to ensure you have full scope knowledge
