Graduation Mandatroy
Salary - upto 7.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities- Communication: Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and acting as a liaison between the Director and others.
- Document Preparation: Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the Director and the executive team.
- Event Management: Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and workshops.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Liaison: Acting as a point of contact between the Director's office and other departments or stakeholders.
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.
