Compensation$17.00 to $18.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Specifics- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Ensures high‑quality customer service.
- Ensures a smooth flow of customers calling in and directed to the correct department.
- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Checks in visitors and logs their activity in the building.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Responsible for packages both incoming and outgoing.
- Keeps the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and record‑keeping.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensures breakroom is stocked with snacks, drinks, and essentials.
- Helps with holiday events and office activities, including scheduling monthly birthday lunches.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines.

- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or other similarly related role/job.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical DemandsEmployee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk and listen; occasionally stand and walk; use hands and fingers, as well as reach with hands and arms; lift up to 35 pounds; and other physical duties associated with the job.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a part‑time position; the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as job duties demand.
Work Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be authorized to legally work within the United States of America.
