Key Responsibilities- Greet patients warmly and provide professional front desk support in a busy dental office.
- Answer phones, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient information, update records, and support front office administrative tasks.
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with dental providers and office staff.
- Provide bilingual assistance to patients to ensure clear communication and a positive experience.
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.
