Household & Family Operations Manager
Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)
Flexible: 3–5 days per week

About the Role
We are a high-performing, growth-focused family seeking a proactive Household & Family Operations Manager to help protect our time, reduce stress, and ensure our home runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role exists for one reason:
To eliminate friction in our daily lives and create calm, organized systems that allow us to focus on what matters most — family and meaningful work.

Core Responsibilities
Family & Child Support
Help prepare school bags, activity gear, and daily readiness
Support homework routines (as needed)
Scheduleactivities, and provide childcare
Assist during high-demand windows
Household Operations
Laundry management (wash, fold, organize), Dry Cleaning scheduling
Dishes and daily kitchen reset
Light household organization/cleanup
Manage grocery planning, ordering and small meal prep
Run errands (returns, pickups, supply restocking)
Coordinate with cleaners, contractors, vendors, and service providers
Scheduling & Planning
Maintain and update shared family calendar
Ensure zero missed appointments
Plan 1–2 weeks ahead for meals, events, and logistics
Prepare travel checklists and pre-trip organization
Systems & Optimization
Build and improve simple systems (meal planning, vendor tracking, chore rotations, etc.)
Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve them
Reduce unnecessary interruptions to parents during work hours
Think like an operator, not a task runner
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days:
Household runs smoothly without constant oversight
Parents experience significantly fewer logistical interruptions
Calendar is accurate and proactively managed
Meals, groceries, and weekly flow are planned in advance
Home feels calm and organized
Systems are documented and repeatable
If we suddenly had to do everything ourselves again, we would immediately feel the difference.

Schedule
Flexible structure:
Option A: 5 days/week (~5 hours/day)
Option B: 3 days/week (~5–6 hours/day)
Final schedule determined based on mutual fit and workload.
