Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | $18–$20/hour + Multiple Monthly Bonus Opportunities + Additional On-Call Pay The Phoenix Recovery Center is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and organized Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

Compensation In addition to your regular hourly pay, this position offers multiple opportunities to earn additional compensation each month:$18–$20/hour DOEIndividual bonus for each qualifying admission

Additional monthly team bonus when the admissions department reaches established admission goals

Additional pay for each scheduled on-call week

Our bonus structure rewards both individual performance and overall team success, giving you the opportunity to earn additional compensation above your regular hourly pay.

What You'll DoAs an Admissions Coordinator, you'll often be the first person a prospective client or family speaks with. You'll help guide them from their initial call through admission while making the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to prospective clients, families, and referral sources

Complete intake screenings and coordinate admissions

Gather required documentation and insurance information

Verify insurance benefits as needed

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients

Coordinate with clinical, medical, and residential teams

Accurately document admissions activity in KIPU and other systems

Participate in a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule

Occasionally assist with community outreach and relationship-building activities

Organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Compassionate, professional, and solutions-focused

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Motivated by helping people and contributing to team goals

Qualifications2+ years of experience in admissions, healthcare, behavioral health, customer service, or a related field preferred

Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience is a plusKIPU or other EHR experience preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PMParticipation in a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule is required and includes additional on-call compensation.
